Editorial Team

How we work

  • The site is written and edited by a small team of contributors who have between them roughly a decade of experience covering online gambling. Work is divided by area: one contributor focuses on bonuses and promotional terms, another on payment methods and cashier behaviour, a third on the software providers behind the game lobby, and the editor keeps the whole site consistent and up to date. Every page goes through two people before it is published: a writer who drafts and checks the facts against source material, and an editor who reviews the copy, verifies the numbers a second time, and signs off on the update. Draft pages that cannot be verified are held back rather than published with a placeholder.

Roles

  • Editor — sets the review schedule, approves the final wording of every page, handles reader correspondence and legal notices, and decides which topics the site should cover next. Bonus specialist — tracks welcome offers, reload deals, promo codes, tournaments and any other promotional material published by Craybet. Checks wagering multipliers, minimum deposits, expiry dates and country restrictions against the operator's terms page before each publication. Payments specialist — tests deposit and withdrawal methods where possible, tracks the addition or removal of payment providers, and monitors withdrawal timing based on reader reports and on the operator's stated windows. Game and provider researcher — maintains the lists of studios visible in the lobby, cross-checks provider names against reliable third-party databases, and flags any provider whose games disappear from the lobby.

Author cards

  • Every editorial page carries a byline showing the name of the writer who produced the current version and a short 'reviewed by' line naming the editor who signed it off. The byline links to a short author card with a photograph, a paragraph of biography and a note on which topics that author covers. Author cards are the best way to see the human accountability behind a specific page: if a fact is wrong, the same author who wrote it will normally be the one to correct it. If a person listed as an author on any page has moved on and can no longer respond, their pages are reassigned to a current team member and the byline is updated at the next review.

How we check facts

  • The primary source for anything about Craybet is Craybet itself: the terms page, the promotional page, the cashier interface, and — where reachable — the customer-support chat. Every number that appears on this site (bonus amount, wagering multiplier, minimum deposit, withdrawal window, game count, provider count) is cross-checked against those primary sources at the time of writing. Screenshots are archived internally as evidence, so that if a page description is challenged later we can show what the operator's site displayed on the date of publication. Secondary sources — regulator databases, provider press releases, licence registers — are used to confirm licences, corporate names and provider identities. Reader reports are welcomed and treated as leads, but they are never published as fact until we have been able to reproduce or independently confirm the underlying claim.
